Congrats! You’re in a show! Now’s the time to leverage the power of social media to build your networks and career. In this workshop, former ARTnews editor and digital strategist Robin Cembalest explains how to craft your message, disseminate it on social media platforms and attract the interest of journalists, curators, collectors and other influencers. She’ll review tactics and best practices for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and offer advice on keeping momentum going after the show opens.
Add these skills and insights to your toolkit as you prepare for a scheduled show, a future show or the launch of a new project. Participants are encouraged to bring and share their questions as the workshop will include a Q&A session to address specific concerns and scenarios.
The workshop will be hosted on Zoom. Attendees will receive a Zoom link via email.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the NAACP LDF.
